Among the activities of the Competitive Growth Department of Innomarket and more specifically in the Area of Market Diversification – Products – Services, aimed at promoting an effective improvement of competitiveness in industrial companies, several recent years have been carried out projects related to the development of new products and services.
In all cases, the main objective that we have pursued with our clients has been the successful incorporation of the developments made to the market, for which indicators of achievement or KPIs have been incorporated, making the corresponding follow-up and evaluating the whole by means of methodologies of PDCA adapted to each project.
